What a great start to a sunday morning. A few of the regulars were missed this morning, but how great was it to have NEW RECRUIT( first timer) Chris with us. On the first session she loved it and is ready to take up the special offer of £40 for ten sessions. A great work out by all gang well done. Also a well deserved congrats to Kelly who holds the lead the lead with the fastest time in calf tag.
