What type of booter are you?
Drop off Tuesday - Tuesday 9:15am
You've dropped the kids off at school, so come along and drop a dress size. Come straight from school to your MKA bootcamp workout, have a blast, laugh, learn and enjoy the fresh air. By 10.30am you'll have finished your workout be back home feeling alert,refreshed, revitalized and rejuvenated and ready to tackle the rest of your day.
Elite Bootcamp – Thursday 7pm
If you’ve had a stressful week, then this session is a great way to shred the tension and the pounds. An intense workout that can challenge your physical and mental fitness. The session is programmed to be an interval training zone, so each exercise is done “full on " but only
for short bursts of time. During this session you and your bootcamp comrades are testing and trusting each other every step of the way.
You will shout in motivation, you will stamp with achievement; you will sweat with exertion and YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!
Early Bird Booters - Sunday 9am
If you are into your hard exercise then this bootcamp session is for you. We will wear off the best of the bacon butty’s. It will be in full
drill sergeant mode and you will be expected to step in time!
All sessions are now at Great Notley Park. (Meeting place cafe building)
MKABootcamps ' run A MuK ' after school club.
MKABootcamp corporate days are also available.
- A warm up - jog/power walk ·
- Agility - squat thrusts, shuttle runs, tyre runs
- Strength - large tyre flip, press ups, prisoner squats/lunges, The lunge walk ( shown in picture) spider man crawl, mountain climber
- Team work - tug of war, calf tag, leap frog, hungry hippo, (all games based on fitness)
- Cool down - walk, stretch
